I found a new Indian domain law website at:
Domain Name Disputes India - Welcome to Domain Name Disputes India

It's interesting to me that there is enough legal work in this area for Indian law firms to start building websites targetting it.

There are also some articles on the website well worth reading.

Great find. It's good that the firm doesn't view all domain owners as cyber squatters:

yes of course they are lawyers they will work for anyone with the cash or even better than cash - law domains!
