    Default Tata wins sub-domain: Trueroots.us.com

    I don't usually come across a domain arbitration decision that involves a sub-domain (in this case, Tata Communications was awarded Trueroots.us.com). As you may know, CentralNic offers sub-domains of US.com.

    Do you know of any other domain decisions that involve sub-domains?

    .... while Tata may have won the Trueroots.us.com case mentioned above, it did NOT win Trueroots.com - see the decision here. The respondent registered the domain in 2005 but Tata didn't acquire its trademark rights until 2007.

    I happen to notice that trueroots.us.com now redirects to Skype.com. Are Tata Communications and Skype connected somehow?
