Thread: INDRP: AndhraPrabha.in & Google-Money-System.in

For those of you who are interested in following INDRP cases, here are two recent decisions:

(1) AndhraPrabha.in

The complainant publishes both offline and online newspapers/periodicals, including the Telugu newspaper Andhra Prabha. According to the complainant, it had provided propriety rights to the respondent in relation to print media only (and not in relation to internet or television). The complainant also stated that the contract between the parties has since expired.

On reading the AndhraPrabha.in decision, it seems like a lot of contract law questions are at issue, don't you think? In any event, the respondent did not file a response to the complaint and the complainant won the domain.

(1) Google-Money-System.in

As stated before, so many people seem to love Google domain names. It seems they also love long hyphenated domain names too.

An easy win for Google...
