    Question If the trademark owner proves its claim through the INDRP

    The domainer only need to transfer of the domain, or but also need to pay the costs and/or damages as well.

    Hello chrome,

    In INDRP cases, cost awards are at the arbitrator's discretion.

    In the past, some arbitrators have ordered respondents to pay costs to the complainant and/or NIXI. A couple of examples can be seen here and here.
