WIPO Case: A Predicable Outcome
Another WIPO decision…. The respondent, who is located in India, had the domain ActiviaChalenge.com cancelled.
IMHO, the outcome of this WIPO complaint was very predicable because:
- the complainant (Danone) owns the well-known mark ACTIVIA
- it ran an advertising campaign on its program called the "Activia Challenge"
- Danone has a presence in India, where the respondent is located
- the domain had pay-per-click links that related to Danone
There was no response from the respondent.
BTW, to date, Danone has won two cases via INDRP.

Re: WIPO Case: A Predicable Outcome
Looks like a no brainer case. Good for Danone to protect their brand.

Re: WIPO Case: A Predicable Outcome
In another WIPO decision, the domain ActiviaDanone.com was cancelled. Again, the result is not surprising!
