    Yes, it's surprising that the complainant won. Not only did the trademark include a ".com" at the end, but the three words in the trademark/domain are quite generic.

    The respondent argued that he had no knowledge of the complainant as he was based in the United States (the complainant targeted the Spanish market). However, it didn't help the respondent that, at one point, he provided a different registrant name and country of residence. This address linked back to Spain, where the complainant is well-known...

    These judgements coming out in the domain industry are nothing but disturbing. People are using all sorts of flimsy reasons to snag lucrative names from other people. i dislike it very much..
