RIM Wins UDRP Dispute against Indian Firm
RIM, makers of the well-known Blackberry devices, recently won three domains in an UDRP case against MumbaiDomains of Mumbai, India.
The three domains in question are:
- blackbberry.com
- blckberry.com
- bllackberry.com
These were pay-per-click websites that offered links to RIM's competitors. Clear case of typosquatting. You can read the decision here.
