The WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Centre has transferred domain names "googlehrd.com" and "mygooglemoney.com" used by Kolkata-based Ascio Technologies Inc and Net Jobs of Rajasthan to the Google.
I'm not surprised that Google won these two domains. Both domain names have the "Google" trademark...
Right, no surprise. But I hear Twitter doesn't protect its name. If so, here's a good case study of a protected vs unprotected name. Then again, the case study could disappear quickly if, as I hear rumored, Google buys Twitter.
