The respondent tried to sell this parked domain via Sedo. Part of the offer description stated:

If you know mutual funds, then you know Franklin Templeton

The parked domain also included a photograph which formed part of the complainant's 'website/trade marks/printed materials.'

The Arbitrator also ordered the respondent to pay costs of Rs. 25,000.
