Iran Blocked from INForum
There often seems to be an Iranian connection to domain thefts. In the circumstances, I've blocked Iranian IP addresses from accessing INForum.
Obviously, a proxy can be used, but that is something that can often be checked.
If you ever need to find out what countries have which IP address ranges, here is a good resource:

Re: Iran Blocked from INForum
Basically, over the last few years from what I've seen is that Iranians are involved in a large number of domain thefts. As well, the Iranian government does not cooperate with Western countries in dealing with these thefts.
There is the latest case here with jj1 / Get+1
11 LLLL,com Offer Wanted
Another recent large scale theft by an Iranian:
Lots of Stolen Domains : Domain Bits
Last month Twenty.net was stolen by an Iranian.
In September ESE.com was hijacked by an Iranian.
I think it turned out that there was an Iranian connection to this theft in March:
Fucked Up - The Theft of Fucked.com and Pornos.com : Domain Bits
Who knows - it could all be the same person or group of people from Iran.

Re: Iran Blocked from INForum
In regards to checking the IP address, is there any way to check the IP address with Gmail? Most people seem to be using Gmail nowadays and I can't seem to find the IP address of the person which send the email.

Google doesn't reveal such information:
Source: User IP addresses - Gmail HelpUser IP addresses
Protecting our users' privacy is something we take very seriously. Personal information, including someone's exact location, can be gathered from someone's IP address, so Gmail doesn't reveal this information in outgoing mail headers. This prevents recipients from being able to track our users, or uncover what may be potentially sensitive personal information.
Don't worry -- we aren't enabling spammers to abuse the system by not revealing IP addresses. Gmail uses many innovative spam filtering mechanisms to ensure that spammers have a difficult time sending bulk emails that arrive in users inboxes.
