Here's the latest INDRP dispute decision. The complainant, who owns the trademark BIGGBOSS, brought an action against the respondent who had registered the domain BiggBoss.in.

As you will see from the attachment, the Arbitrator ordered that the domain be transferred to the complainant.

One of things that probably hurt the respondent's case is that he tried to sell the domain to the complainant at an exorbitant price. The respondent did not file a response in this case.
