Default Legal Status of Online Gambling in India?

Does anyone know what the legal status of online gambling in India is?

I found this:
Google Answers: Internet gambling - Legal Status in India

which makes it appear that there are no laws in this regard, but the official government stance is that it is illegal.

But then I see that myplaywin.com looks like an online gambling company based out of India.
