The most popular business that everyone does now in the urban india is to develop a blog and get high PR. Then do paid posting in it and also promoting affiliate links and products. Do you think they can sustain for a longer period of time and can earn high?

This is not entirely wrong tactic to do business. People are doing this since quite some time. Generally the policy is to spend say $ 1000 on development and start generating a decent income on regular basis from it.
