    Default First Drop Catch

At the outset I wish to apologize, this is not an .IN Domain.

However, this is my first drop catch, hand registered too

    cwarehouse.com

    PR -1
    BL 8
    GL 15
Was registered in 1998 but got dropped, no clue why. On searching the internet, I found that there was a computer repair shop in SC,USA and they had this name and swapped to a .net name in 2010. perhaps the reason why they dropped the .com
    Alexa rank is 27972684

Now I am not really thinking of developing anything yet.

However, I was hoping to get your advice.

What is your thoughts on the domain's appraisal without development?

At 10 bucks, I did get a thrill of a first drop catch, at the very least.

I'd quickly throw up a one page website on it to see how well it ranks and what sort of traffic it gets. It will give you an idea of how much (if any) ranking power the domain still has.
