Thread: Dilemma

I saw a good domain name( IMO) yet to be registered in .IN. On checking I see that the .com is registered in 1999 and a fully developed website advertising services. I saw that there were no trademark or registered around the company logo.
I checked the trademark US database and the name is not patented, brought up 0 zero results.

Now my dilemma: Is it safe to go with the name? I can't believe that a corporation since 1999 have not registered the name??

I also noticed that the .net and .us domains have been registered by different people and at different times.

Estibot brings up a zero for the appraisal but then its an unique name.

I know, I sound paranoid

register it, share the name here and if everyone thinks you should drop it.. then take your call..

If its that good a name, it will go as soon as you share it with someone to get an opinion on it.

Rather risk the 10 $ reg fee
