Welcome to the site, I think the general feeling is one of a good thought pattern for the .IN ext and the 2nd level ext, India has the fastet up and coming internet community and more and more people are getting onto the net each day.

I think there are going to be certain niche markets for the indian domain market and like any other business it's down to the individual to market and promote what they have.
