Thread: ReseelerClub Moving Account To Gossimer LLC

Did anyone receive an email from ResellerClub saying that they are moving account to Gossimer LLC:

Dear Customer,

We will be moving your Customer Account and Domain Names to Gossimer LLC on the 18th of July, 2011. Gossimer is one of our largest and most trustworthy channel partners that focuses on end-customers.

We feel that our dedicated focus on being the best Wholesale Registrar resulted in us not being able to provide you with the kind of personalized service and promotions that match your expectations.

We believe that through this move, you will receive that focus, support and personalized service that only an end-customer brand can provide.

We think this is for EST Domains (Registrar) account domains are moving Not Reseller club. We just talk with Resellerclub in details.

Received clarification email:

Dear Reseller,

You would have received an email from us yesterday regarding moving Customer Accounts to Gossimer.com. There has been a fair bit of confusion over this email so please allow me to clear the air.

Our previous email was sent to a set of Customers under the old EST Domains Account. However, we have found that you have a Reseller account under us and a Customer account under what was EST Domains thus causing the confusion. I assure you that we will not be moving your Reseller Account, Customer Account or Domains to Gossimer.com.

When EST Domains was de-accredited, both their Sub-Reseller and Customer Accounts were moved under ResellerClub. Being a Wholesale Web Services Provider we haven't done any specific marketing for the Customer Accounts moved under us. We believe that a Customer-focussed provider like Gossimer.com will be better suited to catering to end-Customer needs.
