Which Domain Name is Good for the SEO purpose?

Domain name should contain your main keyword, for example, if you are plumber in Mumbai then plumbermumbai.in or mumbaiplumber.in is recommended. If .in is taken then .co.in would be also good. As for global TLD like .com you need to remember to switch geotargetting to India in Google Webmaster Tools.
Next thing, you have to make sure that the domain is not banned in Google SERP or Google AdSense
Aged domain (especially with history) is always better than a new registered one. Google generally don't trust new domains and it is very easy to get into filter in SERP while adding SEO links.
