    Default BIG problem with transfer

    Hello everyone,

I have an issue with my (or every?) Whiz.in account. Once I'm identified on their website, when I click on the "Transfer" button, at the botom of the page, I face a Java exception...

I tried to contact them 2 times, but they said they can't reproduce, nor identify the issue...

Consequently, all my domains are blocked in this registrar... Is it a way to force their renewal at Whiz.in ? Have you the same issue?

    Regards.

I tried with various versions of Firefox and IE. I think the issue is not linked to the navigator.

I logged in, clicked that bottom transfer link and no problems noticed. I used FF 3.5.12. Maybe cleaning cache and cookies would help?

By the way, if you want to transfer out some domains from there you don't need to enter that section.

Cleaning cache and cookies has not impact.

But yes, I didn't see that the Transfer section can be accessed from the menu. This way, everything works.

Thank you for your help Kokoro.
