.In Registry at 444 rank ?

It is suprise to see that .IN registry allowed domains like www.ind.in, www.org.in, www.net.in etc?

ind.in, org.in and net.in are registered to Government of India, which seems perfectly valid, as the .IN registry is controlled by the Government of India, albeit through a different department.

The top 1000 list at the given link is not correct. The 1000th rank in the .IN list is #5,373,302. And, none of my sites above that rank are in the list!

LocalRentals.in - 1,923,183 - should be at 731
TimeshareRentals.in - 2,113,404 - should be at 764
Licked.in - 2,375,711 - should be at 804
eFreelance.in - 2,378,586 - should be at 805
Chuckle.in - 3,497,041 - should be at 903
GWY.in - 3,780,481 - should be at 926
DNB2B.in - 4,046,776 - should be at 935
eBullet.in - 4,140,296 - should be at 940
EmployabilitySkills.in - 5,157,834 - should be at 989

Their other lists are also incorrect.
24365.biz at Alexa 551,245 should be at rank 134 in the .BIZ list.
24365.info at Alexa 903,620 should be at rank 542 in the .INFO list.
24365.fm at Alexa 9,954,209 should be at rank 101 in the .FM list.

Only the list compiler can tell how many more of our domains are missing. Not that it matters any

In the list are only such Sites which entered in the field "Get Info" !

There are hundreds of such website info and ranking sites, most of which just exist to create instant back-links; These info sites are crawled by SE-bots all the time.

I came across a script which got me over 100 such back-links for a test site on major search engines within a couple of hours. But I felt it bordered on blackhat technique, so I didn't try further sites with that.
