Thread: Renewing/payment at Whiz.in

Hi, I seem to have problems every time I try to renew names at Whiz.in.

After I check which domains to renew, I add the funds via PayPal. I get a payment confirmation email, and everything seems fine.

But the renewal dates do not change, and then I get new expiration warnings and have to contact their support to put the already paid for renewals into effect.

It is quite annoying. Does anyone else have these problems?

so may be they are making manual renewals ?

I am not sure, but you certainly have to watch carefully that your domain is in fact renewed

i don't have any domains there.

all my domains are in mitsu , directi , netlynx , name.com and they renew instant.

Yes, me too. I don't have any problems at these registrars. Well, will see if they can improve their interface...

I have not come across such news and your example is the first one I have read.

Due to fraud buyers, some resellers add funds to your account manually.

Ah, that may be why.

I know found out after paying (adding funds) I actually need to go back to the account and execute the order. At least that worked the last time I renewed.
