where can i register the .edu domain? any one help me

You need to be an American University to register .edu.
There are very occasionally .edu domains for sale. In the early days of .edu, the rules for getting a .edu were more relaxed. However, a .edu can't be transferred, so technically you need to buy the company that owns the .edu domain.
Needless to say they are rare and expensive.
