I still haven't receive the payment from the Auction yet and/or the process of PUSH domain over to Rick. Maybe it take longer than I thought ?

I'm going to guess he will wait until the end of the extended auction. Beyond that, I'm sure he will act as an escrow service. He will get the payment from the other person then inform you as such. And after you transfer the domain to the person he will release the money to you. I'm sure Rick would answer your question if you emailed him. And, who knows, maybe it's spelled out in the contract you signed.
