I guess it decided it was easier/cheaper to just pay the sale price for these domains.

Prompt.in (sold for $125 via Sedo, Dec. 200 ended up with Prompt Infotech, an Indian firm that sells computer hardware and computer software products such as PROMPT Rx and PROMPTenterprise.

prompt.in seems to have been sold quite cheaply

Websense.in redirects to Websense.com. Websense is a security software company which has offices worldwide, including 4 offices in India. The domain sold at Sedo for $1,500 in Dec. 2006. I notice the company also owns the .co.in.

Azureus.in redirects to Vuze.com (Vuze was formerly known as Azureus). In India, Vuse.com has a traffic rank of 8,376. The domain sold at Sedo for $600 in Dec. 2006.

Cream.in redirects to Cream.net. This is owned by Cream Consultants Group which specialises in eco-efficiency projects. The domain sold at Sedo for $600 in April 2007.

Instyle.in is owned by Instyle Compact Soles, a New Delhi based company that trades in the footwear industry. The domain sold at Sedo for $546 in April 2008.

Years ago in 2005, I sold dak.in in around 500$ to a gentleman from Mumbai who had this surname!

Akhil, the current whois for Dak.in shows you are still the owner. Did you end up reacquiring this domain?

Thanks Ceres! That's quite a discovery...!
The registrant information has not been changed by him but Admin and other info is his. That's the problem with Net4India... They just won't let you do things the easy way. At one time I had a couple of hundred domains with Net4 and I was also their reseller partner for my region, not any more. They are the cheapest quality and poorest service providers I have come across.

Anyways, the domain is safe with Mr. Dak!
