i agee with you!
Honestly, i have noticed 2 key things that some people investing in .in domains sometimes dont' accept:
1) OFFCOURSE .in is dominating .co.in. Do you guys look at the sales threads and see the frequency and prices?
2) shorter IS good when you buy any domains in any extension. if you don't think lll.ins will do well in the future, i advise you to quit investing in .in domains. actually quit domaining because that is a cardinal rule of domaining that if you can't understand, the odds are not in your favor.
When we discuss .IN vs .CO.IN or lll versus 1 word or 1 worder VS 2 worder its not a question of challenging people's choices. We can all reg and buy whatever we want. the big question is : which of these categories will consistently outdo the other, sell more consistently and finally for better prices down the road? that is the question. Because citibank uses citi.co.in for their website doesn't mean you owning mostly/only .co.ins is the right thing or the winning move. Buy names you have observed to consistently win. they aren't even guaranteed to win really! BUT, the point is that domaining is about means justifying the end. Buy the best names you can now and the odds will be in your favor and hopefully good sales will come to you.i own 160+ lll.ins and you know what? sooner or later "good luck" will come to me because i know i have invested in a winning category. have you?
