I also thought the same, here is what SEDO said to me

Note that to qualify for the minimum commission waiver, the following conditions must be met:
    • The domain must be verifiably parked for 31 days prior to the agreement.
    • The domain being sold or purchased has one of these extensions:
      • .com/.net/.org/.co.uk/.org.uk/.me.uk/
        .info/.biz/.us/.tv/.li/.be/.st/.dk/.de/
        .at/.ch/.name/.ws/.mx/.in/.cc/.to/.eu/
        .mobi/.nl/.pl/.es/.im/.me

    • You reside in a country where this offer applies (please check with your transfer specialist for more information).

So you have park it for month prior to sale to wave off $50 Commision

Do you have an account with Sedo already? If so, the first step is to sign up. It can take a bit of time to get your account approved as they verify who you are.

Then, all you can do is list it on Sedo. To send it to an auction, you need a minimum $60 bid.

The transfer of the domain normally goes through Sedo. Seller pays Sedo --> once Sedo has the money, you push the domain to Sedo's account --> once Sedo receives the domain, they pay you.

You can sign up to be paid pretty much any way you like - paypal, cheque, wire, etc. I think there are fees and minimums for some payment methods. I use paypal and it works smoothly.

I am an SEDO CERTIFIED MEMBER, well how do I push the domain to the buyer or SEDO, assuming my registrar is MITSU or GODADDY?

I have never used paypal as yet..

If it is Go Daddy Sedo will have their own account there and you will be advised to push to Sedo's account then they will pay you by whatever means you have requested. The they will arrange transfer "push" to buyer.

At the moment Sedo DO not have a Directi account and as such a "push" cannot take place.Only a transfer to a non Directi registrar.

I did have one case where I bought a name from Sedo that was at a Directi account and I wanted it in my Directi reseller account. In this case Sedo allowed the "seller" to push directly to me.
