    Dear MSDomains,

Will you please explain that on which email id you sent us email ? as till 10 AM IST (means upto two minutes before) all our support request is replied and we donot find any of your request in our email , secondly we donot got any of your call and all our customers are registering in bulk every few minutes and they are not facing any problem ?

The site you recommend indiainternet is Accredited registrar ? or reseller and if reseller then can you explained which .In registrar they are using since you are customer of them so you can explain ?

We request all our forum members who have any problems with us please contact us with your username details ? or any other details on this forum so we can come to know the authenticity of claims ?

    Hi Mitsu,

I am glad that you are on this forum and replied to my post.

I have nothing against your company... it's not an attack on your service, just that I sent your company an email at the billing@mitsu.in (as the question had to do with billing) and have not received a reply. I will IM you my details.

My experience with Godaddy or Indiainternet was that the process was smooth and instantaneous (I was being pampered!), so I was a little surprised and disappointed when I used enames and mitsu, and encountered errors and not quick support.

See the error page I was shown when registering 20+ url's at a time- http://mitsu.in/error_cache.html

It will be great to have your support. I will PM my email-id for further follow-up.

    Cheers.

I think ,one should not be hasty in going for a cheap registrar. For instance Mitsu, offers managed DNS for Rs40(less then a dollar). Its free at Godaddy.Havent even looked at enames. However renewal at Mitsu is about Rs600(about 12 dollars). It is about 15 dollars at Godaddy.(Even more at others like Moniker etc). From the reliablility point of vew.Mitsu has done about 5000 registrations ( their claim) in promo period (50 registration in ename?!).Thats decent volume..
    Cannot check physically.
Mitsu has international offices (based in jersey?) can anyone confirm..with .us registration facility in the offering?
So till now I am a Mitsu fan..(Will think Godaddy if no promos).
    How is directi btw.?

    this is wrong!
both use logicboxes software which is a creation of the very popular Directi/PDR but this does not necessarily mean that they are reseller of directi for all domains, as you can see that even other icann accredited registrars like netearthone.com and previous estdomains(now owned by directi) had been using logicboxes since many years though they were both icann accredited themselves. directi can help its resellers get icann accreditation for some big $.but using logicboxes doesnt necessarily mean that both companies are resellers. though there is some great chance/possiblity that mitsu and e-name maybe reselling .com from directi and serving .in by itself.

mitsu says that it is .in accredited(NOT ICANN ACCREDITED!) so it can serve its own .in names at whatever prices they get in bulk when they need, and enames is also not icann accreditated, and is also .in accredited just like mitsu see inregistry's accredited registrar list: Accredited Registrars

so both are reliable when you register .in domains. any more confusion?

Yes..you're right..I too know this since even I am a Reseller with DirectI (ResellerClub)..I have been using them for quite some time now and they seem to be the best option out there..support is there all the time and pricing is reasonable (if not the cheapest)..I have also been hearing good things about mitsu, so I am sure that even they must be good..

but, just to put things right, if you wish to see who has the maximum number of .IN domains, refer Accredited Registrars

So, whoever said that Mitsu owns 98% of .IN domains, needs to check his source..I am sure that even the top registrar does not own 98% of the total .IN domains..

Please rectify here, Top five .In Registrars have more then 92% of .In Registrations, which includes Mitsu.....
