Premium terms in other extensions can be worth something. As well, if you're going to develop a website and don't want to spend a lot on a domain, the other extensions can be worth using.

Thanks a lot Jeff,
So it sounds like that the ind.in is for individuals/personal use,
all others seems OK if use them for websites, but
only focus at .in & .co.in - if you plan to resell the domains?

Thanks again -
I'm wonder why .net.in & .org.in are no/low commercial value -
even if with very nice keywords?

Well if you think about it, .in is still a budding extension relative to the vintage staples like .com,.net,.org,etc,so its not yet a "strong" extension yet. If you consider the fact that .net.in for example is much weaker than .in, then how does it stack up against other extensions in general? Its definitely much weaker. As far as india's ccTLDs go,expect most of the value in .in to remain between .in and .co.in.

Re: FAQ: What extensions are available for Indian domain names
firm.in vs co.in
What would be the difference? Isn't a firm a company?

.co.in is what has traditionally been used and is what has mindshare in India.
