What's the Plan for Your Indian Domains?
Do have a plan in place for your Indian domains? Do you intend to:
- flip the domains for a quick profit?
- build sites in order to monetize and/or resell them?
- hold your domains as long-term investments?
- do a mixture of the above?!
Can you think of any other options a domainer has?Last edited by Ceres; 01-27-2009 at 07:00 PM.

Abhishek - that's pretty much my plan too! I think that there is a really good opportunity now to get websites up and ranking in Google before the competition gets too heavy.

Long-term but I may start to sell a few over the next few months.
The future is bright for .IN.

Hold on to the best one word domains till an end user offers the right price.

Re: What's the Plan for Your Indian Domains?
Its not a good time to flip, but to get the best bang for the buck, I would do hold on the domains ona long term. For domains that receive type-in traffic, I would develop a site.

Agree with Ace - in the current economic climate, I don't think most people will be able to flip profitably.

Re: What's the Plan for Your Indian Domains?
I would prefer a mixture of the 2nd and 3rd option..especially since the strategy changes while dealing with gTLDs and ccTLDs
