Use of English for Indian Domain Names
My latest blog post:
Indian Domains - English or Other Languages? : Indian Domain Name Blog
Do you agree or disagree? In India, people speak hundreds of languages. Hindi has the largest number of native speakers, and there are also a large number of people whose native language is Bengali or Telugu. So, what language Indian domains should you invest in?
In the foreseeable future, I believe that English is the answer.

Re: Use of English for Indian Domain Names
I would probably invest in English. Even in world meetings, sure everyone speaks different languages, but when you get down to the actual meeting itself, the English language is used. That just seems to be a language almost everyone seems to know, or can at least find a translator for. I would personally invest in an English Indian Domain.

Re: Use of English for Indian Domain Names
I personally believe that you could also register generic keywords in other languages for indian domain names. You could for example have the word "travel" translated in German, French or Polish and register that.
