But if you get a bid like that there may be another possible out there that would up the ante.

A very nice hack, registered at landrush.

I have sold half a dozen .co.in in the last 3 weeks but only just over $3K the lot.

Dotin are really stealing the limelight and I will bet this bid is not from an Indian company.

$55k ... not heard any recent sales for indian cctlds recently at that price .. wow!
seems "in" helps investors outside india for "in" factor (domain hack) a lot!

probably a travel company , let's see who?

If check.in can reach 55k USD then 100k barrier for .in sale may be reached sooner than expected.

Its look like Check.in is going to be one of the biggest .in sales of all-time.

Its in auction (Sedo.com) with 5 days to go and $55,000 bid. very nice sale in my opinion.

I have to believe there are some hidden sales .in/.co.in (high value) going on at this time. Its good to have some public auction sales of this sort to remind the market of the value of .in/.co.in domain names.

As far as we know at least three .IN domains till date sold well above USD 100k each but these sales are not reported because of agreement term between the parties.

Currently lot of deals for .IN domains are under process through Mitsu Escrow and one is already going on at USD 60K, we will disclose the names when deals are completed and if parties agreed on.

In short .IN selling pricing are going beyond expectations, investors are looking at .IN domains as great potentials investment. It seems .IN domains will bring good returns.
