Greater Faridabad is a new area of Faridabad... Informally also called Neharpar (that is, across the canals: Gurgaon Canal and Agra Canal) Many private developers are developing this area... I had recvd a offer of Rs. 11000 ($240) from a web designer that her client who is into properties wants to buy this domain. I refused considering it to be lower.

What is the minimum price I should expect for this domain?

BTW, I also own following noida extension domains, the area which is in news due to dispute between farmers & GNIDA, Developers...
