Yeah I really would like to develop this domain. Only problem is, the generic appraisal scripts are not too .in-friendly. Estibot's .in appraisals are not he greatest in my opinion. Can you suggest any good appraisal scripts that either specialise in .in or can be tweaked accordingly?

You want to provide value? don't use an appraisal script!
How about having a submission kind of website, where a user submits his domains for appraisal and is then forwarded to a panel of judges(or you could do this yourself), and finally the report/appraisal being sent back to the user.

Kussy idea sounds really good. A manual approval is always better than an automated one.

I agree that manual appraisals are the best. The only problem is that if its a free service it is unviable. The service needs to be monetized in some way. Either charge a small fee for each appraisal or else link the website to an existing .in marketplace like what valuate.com has done. What do you suggest?

There are a hell of a lot of ways this could be monetized. You need to be smart to figure it out!
