TM violation

TM violation?? What?? How is Appsstore a TM violation?? I do not think so?? How owns the trademark for Apps Store

You can get as objective as you want, but the point is the name is so similar to AppStore, which Apple has been using long before the name was regged.

Let me ask you, what would be use of this domain to anyone? My guess a site selling apps. Once this is developed, Apple's lawayers will hound the owner.

The name has too much of "INDRP ME" written over it.

We don't know whats the deal between them. appsstore.com is undeveloped for a reason.
