Right now, the org.in namespace is virtually wide open, save for Indian geos. I recently just registered land.org.in, to give you an idea. There is hardly a mature aftermarket for .in names, nevermind further down the Indian 3LD ladder. These names are intensely speculative and very long term for resellers, however quite useful should you decide to develop and target Indian searchers for that keyword.
If these names had much resale value, then you wouldn't be able to hand register Geography and I certainly wouldn't be able to hand register Land. The only ones I've ever seen move are geos of Indian cities.
