I can't give a quality opinion on the indian-language names you have, but you've got a few decent/brandable names in there. At least you seem to have diversified your holdings(geos,brandables,LLLs) which is good!

Too many to really give a detailed opinion about each of them, but I'd mostly agree with wot. There may be a few good ones in there though.

How are you choosing which domains to buy? If those were dot com domains, I think several of them would be decent, but you need to be a lot more selective with .in domains.

I'd recommend that in general, avoid .in domains with hyphens, and most prefixes ("my", ecoffee.in, etc).

I wouldn't get discouraged at the bad appraisals. I bought similar stuff when I started out Take some time to study what kinds of domains sell and at what prices, read other appraisals, etc, and you'll get the hang of it over time.

Agree with Wot & Jeff. BTW, Your forum name here looks more attractive than most of the domains in the list.

A few random notes:

WebAttorney.in - attorney is not used in India. And the possible legal traffic will not take to internet yet.
DefenseLawyer.co.in - is decent in comparison with above.

FishSupplies.in and AnimeMovies.in also look decent.

Regarding the geo names, foreigners or no foreigners, none of the geo names really matter because the geo movement with respect to .IN has not really caught the fancy of the target crowd. For instance,
dilli.in redirects to iamdelhi.com
delhi.in - inactive
kolkata.in - inactive
calcutta.in - inactive
bombay.in - parked
mumbai.in - parked
madras.in redirects to in.com
chennai.in - parked
If that is the case with the topmost possible premium geo .INs, what fate befalls kalyan-dombivli.co.in is anybody's guess.

I will hazard another deeply disturbing thought here. A geo domain will be successful if the general population of an area have a "geo community" feeling. There is NO local geo feeling apparent in any of our populace. Caste, sub-caste, religion, sect, language, worker unions, friend circle - these are the community binding factors prevalent in India.
