It's a very brandable domain name. The term evokes a very positive image and could be used to brand pretty much anything. (Here in Canada, there is a brand of chocolate called Cherry Blossom).
I don't think you'll get much more than $xx from a domainer, but I think that this domain has a realistic chance of a major end user making an unsolicited offer at some point.

Could be Trade Mark issue. Cherry Blossom is associated to Shoe polish a Product of Reckitt & Coleman (now Reckitt Benckiser).

It's a generic term. But I think that parking the domain carries a higher risk that most domains, because of things like what freeads said.
