I don't think you'll get above $xx for this, because it's a .net.in.
It's a fantastic keyword though and well worth developing if that's something that interests you.

To get any value on a .net.in it would need to be a very premium and probably a single keyword.

how about a minisite? would that work for a .net.in? I saw businessopportunities.net.in and I think it a good idea to get valuable keywords and put a minisite on it. Appreciate some comments/ feedaback.

I would think that something like an arcade would work well for this. You can get customizable scripts that do most of the heavy lifting for you in setting up the website and then you can SEO the website to rank for "video games" in Google India.
