I think it's a great domain to develop. But I agree with kaustav about its value - people who run proxies normally aren't going to pay much of a premium for a domain, no matter how good it is.

ProxyServer.in is a solid domain name. Proxies are all the rage and finding fresh ones are what it's all about. Monitor the traffic on it (BTW your WhyPark page looks great.) I'd hold on to the domain for a few more years.. let the .in TLD gain more exposure.

Ultimately traffic cultivation and retention is what the value of this domain will be all about. Not a lot of money in selling ProxyIP info but there is high demand for access to fresh IP's. Monetizing via 'pretty affiliate ads' in sidebars and footer would be simple.

Focus on monitoring, aggregating and driving traffic. ProxyServer.in could turn out to be a passive income source for you.
