Sorry, I can't see much value with this one. People wanting to set up a web index are likely just to shop around for something at or near reg fee, or come up with some sort of a creative name, rather than pay much of a premium for a domain.

Reg fees to low $xx unless developed.
However, if you have something more specific like companyindex, cityindex, itindex, servicesindex etc it might have more value.
