Good one for Indian market only if developed.
However, international audience seem to like domains with "e" and "i" on them, if you look at similar domains on Sedo and similar sites.
To gauge the popularity, why not stick it on Sedo with a "Make an offer" kind of listing?

Thanks for the reply and suggestion, have done the sedo listing, as for development i taught of blogging about programming books from amazon and flipkart(Indian Customers) and also some free ebooks available online.

You can develop the site about coding tutorials or just sell it if you can't develop.
