I liked the layout and colors. Simple.

But the Ad on the right Box (India Friend Finder) gets the first attention than the content of the site.

I think targeted ad with the content of the site would produce better CTR. (MHO)

Good point - Ebay.in is on CJ with pretty good returns and a lot of tech-related banners.
