Thankyou for the reply Domainpudit, but in regards to the porno sites being illegal in India, I understand that therefore there is no point in developing any of my domain names into website but does that mean that PORNO DOMAIN NAMES are WORTHLESS

Also when you state that I have some good domain names, which ones do you mean, which out of my portfolio would you recommend holding on to??

Also, do you not think that porno sites will eventually become legal in India with time?? Possible? Or no chance?? If there is no chance of porn becoming legal in India, then why are there so many people registering adult .IN domain names? There are many people on this forum who are registering these sorts of names, which is why this sub forum of threads has been created for appraisals of these types of names, has it not?

There are many porno sites browsed by Indian users , but most of these sites are on .com/.net/.org/ some other domains extensions hosted outside of India.

its a known fact that its illegal , but there are no stringent measures to stop at ISP level or even in otherways....

So many indian pornosites are up and running.....As government is not so serious on that..but if you are browsing a pornosite sitting any intenet cafe police can ride and arrest you....so its not legal to access those sites....but at the same time lot of people are accessing....

I believe in future it might become legal , to be honest i am thinking it will take another couple of years ( 5 to 10 Years) span for sure.... they might block them in total at ISP level too....its high risky investments holding for long term..they might return too much money or you might need to sell for reduced prices later...ITS CONFUSING STATE AS OF NOW....People are investing with Optimistic thoughts ...all the best
