I don't agree. How does repealing the divorce laws change an unhappily married couple into a happy couple? Is it better to be unhappily married, or divorced but happier in life? I prefer the latter.
If you mean by repealing the divorce laws that people should not be married in the first place, then it still doesn't solve the problem of how many "relationship breakups" there are in today's society.
