In buying at domainer prices, you've got to take into account the probability of a sale. For every end user sale like Q V T dot in, you're going to have lots of domains that don't get end user offers, and that you'll need to keep paying renewal fees on. That's why the domainer prices are so much lower.
I personally prefer to sell to end users too, but I know many people who make a good living buying and selling at domainer prices. It's just a different business model - it's not really better or worse.
