While on one hand the sentiments expressed here should be respected (which I am sure a vast majority in this forum would), on the other hand, I thought the great names behind TRAFFIC ccTLDs know best about when the timing would be just right.
Looking at the sheer potential, nature and size of markets that .IN and .CN cater to, timing could well be very critical!
May be a day or two will be exclusively dedicated for .IN and .CN in one of the TRAFFIC ccTLDs to be held not in a distant future.
