Default Traffic ccTLDs Doesn't Include India?

Rick Latona announced the focus and schedule for the upcoming TRAFFIC ccTLDs in Milan in April. Unfortunately, there is nothing about .in or .co.in

There will be seminars about domains in the following countries:
Colombia
Italy
Sweden
Norway
Denmark
Finland
France
The United Kingdom
Spain
Germany
Switzerland
Austria
Poland
Russia

I left a comment on Rick's blog about India, but so far it hasn't been approved.

I attended last year's TRAFFIC ccTLDs conference, and I noticed a general feeling among the participants that "ccTLDs" meant "European ccTLDs" and a feeling that Indian domains were too exotic. So, I guess Rick is just formalizing what was pretty much the case already. Understandable, but disappointing.
