Default Google Reclaims Domain Names

If you look at UDRPsearch.com, you'll see people keep on registering Google-related domains despite Google being a well-known trademark. These people remind me of the Energizer Bunny as they just keep on registering.

The latest two domains that Google has won are as follows:

(1) GoogleInStores.com

The website revealed an Indian connection, and that's probably why the "IN" is in the domain name:

Quote:
it contains advertisements for "Saab Group India", and "India on Web", as well as statements such as "Meet our distributors through out India" and "Binary Earning of more than Rs. 18 Lakhs per cycle of these Plans"
In its response, the respondent tried to rely on the following as a defence:

Quote:
In the past, our GIS portal had developed virus. Google.Com rectified the virus and gave us valuable advisory for future maintenance. The correspondence is in record with us. And at no stage Google.Com has raised any reservation for the domain name use.
(2) GoogleMenu.com

The respondent did not file a response to the complaint.

If someone genuinely wants to promote Google products and services on a website, it's best not to include "Google" in the domain name.
