You may be doing it already but create a presentation, power point etc, that illustrates the benefits of a relevant domain name- like everything, buyers need to know they need something and have to be sold to that need accordingly.
In my younger days, much younger, I sold showers, double glazing etc to people who did not know they needed them until I knocked on their door.
Same concept applies.
