Default India's First Cyber Regulation Court

India's first cyber regulation court has been set-up in New Delhi to handle cyber crimes.

Quote:
Cyber crimes involve activities such as using a computer to attack other computers through hacking, virus/worm attacks. It also includes crimes such as cyber terrorism, IPR violations, credit card frauds, electronic funds transfer frauds, child pornography etc.
The Cyber Regulation Appellate Tribunal (CRAT) has been established under section 48 of the Information Technology Act 2000.

Decisions of the Appellate Tribunal can be appealed to the High Court.

I wonder if this Appellant Tribunal will have jurisdiction to hear appeals relating to INDRP cases? Anyone know?
